Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the AI Guide mobile application or website (the "Service") operated by AI guide s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and that you accept these Terms in full. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

AI guide s.r.o. provides curated walking route packages with AI-generated audio and text guide content for locations and points of interest. The Service includes both free and paid content. Routes may be predefined and curated by our team ("Curated Routes") or generated automatically by AI systems. Audio narration is AI-generated and is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases & payments

  • Paid route packages are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.
  • All purchases are final. Refunds may be granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
  • Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region and may include applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect purchases already made.

5. Content

All route content, audio narration, text descriptions, and related materials provided through the Service are the property of AI Guide or our licensors. Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of guide content, we do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, or current. Historical facts, opening hours, and accessibility information may change.

6. No guarantee of safety or accuracy

We do not guarantee that any route, recommendation, or audio content provided by the Service — whether AI-generated or curated — is safe, accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for your specific situation.

  • Curated Routes are designed with the intention of following commonly used or generally suitable paths. However, conditions may change at any time, and we make no guarantees regarding their safety or usability.
  • AI-generated audio content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading.
  • Routes may include paths that are unsafe, restricted, or impractical depending on current conditions.
  • Real-world conditions may change rapidly. We do not undertake any obligation to continuously monitor or update such conditions in real time.

The Service is not intended for use in situations where errors could lead to death, personal injury, or significant property or environmental damage. You agree not to use the Service as the sole or primary source of navigation or decision-making in such situations.

7. User responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:

  • Evaluating the safety and legality of any route before and during navigation
  • Remaining aware of your surroundings at all times
  • Complying with all applicable traffic laws, local regulations, and access restrictions
  • Exercising independent judgment while navigating

You must not rely solely on the Service when making navigation or real-world decisions.

You acknowledge that interacting with the Service, including listening to AI-generated audio content, may be distracting. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service does not interfere with your attention, awareness, or ability to safely operate a vehicle or move through your environment.

9. Assumption of risk

By using the Service, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with navigation and travel, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, or other losses that may arise from following routes or relying on audio content provided by the Service.

10. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal usage
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

11. Intellectual property

The AI Guide name, logo, app design, and all content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our express written permission.

12. Third-party locations

The Service may direct you to third-party locations, venues, or areas that may impose their own restrictions on the use of external guides, audio playback, or recording. You are solely responsible for complying with all local rules, access restrictions, and regulations at any location you visit. We are not liable for any denied access, restrictions imposed, or consequences arising from your presence at such locations.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI guide s.r.o. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

14. Disclaimers & warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

AI Guide is not responsible for any physical harm, loss of property, or other consequences arising from following routes or visiting locations described in the Service. Always use good judgment and follow local safety guidelines when exploring.

All disclaimers and limitations in these Terms apply equally to AI-generated routes, curated routes, and AI-generated audio content.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Guide shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, the Service
  • Errors or omissions in route generation, curation, or audio content
  • Unsafe, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete navigation or information
  • Any physical harm, personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from use of the Service

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including sections 9, 13, 14, and 15.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
