You're in control of your personal data in AI Guide, the app provided by AI guide s.r.o. Use the options below to request a copy of the data we hold about you, or to permanently delete your AI Guide account and its associated data — your rights under the GDPR.

Request your data

Get a copy of the personal data associated with your account in a structured, machine-readable format. We'll send the export to your registered email address.

Delete your account

Permanently delete your account and all associated data, including your profile, saved routes, and history. This action cannot be undone.

How to request account deletion

To delete your AI Guide account (provided by AI guide s.r.o.) and its associated data, follow these steps:

  1. In the Delete your account section above, enter the email address linked to your AI Guide account — or email us at [email protected] from that address with the subject "Delete my account".
  2. Confirm that you understand the deletion is permanent.
  3. We verify that you own the account and begin processing the request.
  4. Your account and associated data are deleted, and we email you a confirmation once it is complete.

What is deleted and what we keep

When your account is deleted, we remove:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • Saved and AI-generated routes
  • Navigation and route history
  • App preferences and settings
  • Usage data linked to your account

We may retain a limited set of data after deletion:

  • Records we are legally required to keep — such as transaction, billing, and tax records — for the retention period required by applicable Czech and EU law.
  • Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer identify you.

Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Residual copies stored in encrypted backups are purged within an additional 90 days.
