Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the AI Guide mobile application or website (the "Service") operated by AI guide s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you accept these Terms in full. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

AI guide s.r.o. provides curated walking route packages with AI-generated audio and text guide content. The Service includes both free and paid content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases & payments

  • Paid route packages are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.
  • All purchases are final. Refunds may be granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
  • Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region and may include applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect purchases already made.

5. Content

All route content, audio narration, text descriptions, and related materials provided through the Service are the property of AI Guide or our licensors. Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of guide content, we do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, or current. Historical facts, opening hours, and accessibility information may change.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal usage
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

7. Intellectual property

The AI Guide name, logo, app design, and all content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

AI Guide is not responsible for any physical harm, loss of property, or other consequences arising from following routes or visiting locations described in the Service. Always use good judgment and follow local safety guidelines when exploring.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Guide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
